2) Discharging water too close to your home.

If you don’t have a well functioning underground drainage piping system capturing water from your downspouts and carrying the water well away from your home, your downspouts are likely discharging too close to your home.

3) Clogs in the gutters and downspouts.

Depending on the amount of trees around your home, you may need to clean out your gutters 3 times a year. Don’t forget to check that the downspouts and underground piping are not blocked and free from leaks.
