Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Will Change Your Home
I think there are some exciting times ahead for our homes. Some of the likely possibilities are mind blowing. Most people can’t believe them.

Robotics and AI Will Build Your Next Home
Here are a few of my predictions for our homes in the years ahead:
Homes will become much more disposable. - Most will not like reading that, but it only makes sense. The analogy is cars - it is far cheaper to build a new car on an assembly line, then to perform all the repairs a 10-20 year old car needs. Repairing a car very inefficient. Robotics that can build most of the home, combined with other automations AI can provide, will allow new homes to be built with tremendously less labor. The homes can also be built faster, reducing construction costs. Bottom Line - People will be tearing down many more 30+ year old homes and building new.
Dishes, Laundry and Cleaning Will All Be Done by Robots - You can already see some the existing robots beginning to tackle these tasks. I think in 3 years there will be a robot you can buy who will do these things for you. They won’t move as fast as you, but they will never stop working. Your home will always be clean! Bottom Line - home life will become easier, and our homes will feel better.
Robots will fix your Home - Imagine a Waymo Self Driving Vehicle (Or Tesla, Uber possibly) pulls up in front of your home, 4 doors open, and 4 robots exit the vehicle. One robot has containers filled with parts and tools. The open your front door using pre-authorized electronic entry. Once inside they get to work finding the issue, diagnosing it, and making the repair. All the while they are using their infinite knowledge base to ensure everything is done perfect. Bottom Line - Home maintenance will become cheaper and easier.
